Chinatown is always fascinating, and even more bustling and vivid during the Chinese New Year celebrations. Hear about the customs, taboos and traditions of this exciting and colourful holiday. As we wander through the streets of Chinatown with our guide Charlotte, learn about the history, enjoy the lights and atmosphere at this time of year. We will drop by a bakery that makes traditional Chinese cakes, meet sellers of incense and paper money, visit a clan house and a temple with a storied history. See beautiful Pussy Willows, cheery Chrysanthemums, Kumquats, colourful decorations; and at the end of the tour, you can take the opportunity to do shopping.

Note: Parking is available at the start of this tour but as we will finish at different point, you are advised to use taxis or public transport to the meeting point. The nearest MRT is Outram Park.
